What to include in your listing
Use your public business name and choose the category that best describes your service: veterinarian, groomer, trainer, boarding provider or pet store. Give the neighborhood or area you serve, your public business phone and an optional website. Your name and email let the directory follow up if something needs clarification. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents or another person’s private information in the message.
What happens after you submit
A submission is reviewed before publication; it does not create an automatic listing. Your contact email stays private. Approved listings can show the business details you authorize for publication, including the public phone number and website. A free listing does not require payment details. Any future paid featured placement will be labeled as sponsored.

The confirmation shows that the submission was saved; it does not establish availability, acceptance or a scheduled appointment. If you need to correct a saved submission, use Contact & corrections and include the reference number when you have one. For an urgent park issue, contact the park operator through its official listing.
