Who this policy covers
This policy describes the Orlando Dog Parks directory, an independent website. It does not describe the practices of the City of Orlando, Orange County, or websites you visit through our links. Contact the directory through the contact form, choosing “Privacy request,” for questions or deletion requests.
Information you choose to provide
Forms collect the fields you submit: your name, email, optional phone number, message, and any business, service-request or review details. We use those details to process submissions, moderate listings and reviews, respond to messages, and organize requests for future local pet services.
What becomes public
Approved reviews show the display name, visit date, rating, review text and publication date. Approved business listings show business details, including the public business phone and website you submit. Private contact emails, service requests and contact messages are not published.
Sharing service requests
Provider matching is not active at launch. If you separately opt in to future sharing, your request and contact details may later be sent to relevant local pet businesses. A request without that optional consent stays with the directory team. We do not sell contact messages or review emails.
Hosting, maps and outside links
The site is hosted with Zeabur. Hosting infrastructure can process technical connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. Our interactive map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap; loading the map shares your IP address, browser information and referring page with that provider. See OpenStreetMap Foundation’s privacy policy. Directions open Google Maps. Those services have their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
Public browsing does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. An essential, secure session cookie is used only for signed-in directory administrators. Map tile requests may be cached by your browser. Fonts, park photos and site scripts are served from this site.
Storage and retention
Submissions are stored in the directory’s private database. Unpublished reviews, pending listings, contact messages and service requests are deleted after 180 days. Approved public listings and reviews remain until withdrawn or removed. Backups, if maintained by the operator, may retain copies until replaced. Temporary rate-limit records are held in memory to reduce spam.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to future lead sharing, through the contact form. Use the same email as your original submission and include its reference number if available. We may need to verify the request before making changes.
Children and sensitive information
The forms are intended for adults. Please do not submit financial details, identity documents, medical records or other sensitive information. Do not include another person’s private contact details in a public review.

Changes to collection or sharing practices will be described here with an updated effective date.
