Effective and last updated September 19, 2026 · Version 2026-09-19-v1

Orlando Dog Parks is an independent information directory. We do not own, operate, inspect, supervise or control the parks or pet businesses listed here.

Please read the risk and liability provisions.

Park visits and dealings with businesses involve risks. Sections 3, 8 and 9 explain your responsibilities, warranty disclaimers and limits on liability. Nothing here excludes a responsibility or legal right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

1. Operator, scope and agreement

These Terms govern dogparkorlando.com and its directory, guides, reviews, listings and submission features (the “Site”). “Orlando Dog Parks,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the owner and operator of dogparkorlando.com, trading as Orlando Dog Parks. References to our protected parties mean that owner and any employees, contractors or agents acting for the Site; they do not mean park operators or listed businesses.

Review these Terms before using the Site. By expressly accepting them, including by checking the agreement box when submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. Do not submit content or use a feature requiring agreement if you disagree. Any effect of continued browsing depends on notice, assent and applicable law; a footer link alone is not a separately signed park-activity waiver. Submission features are for people aged 18 or older. A business representative must have authority to act for that business.

2. Information, not an official park service

We are not affiliated with or authorized to speak for the City of Orlando, Orange County, any park authority or any listed business. Links to official sources and credited photographs do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Hours, rules, access, addresses, map pins, fences, shade, water, parking and other conditions can change without notice. A last-updated date records an information review, not an on-site inspection or guarantee of current conditions. Photos may show a wider park or an earlier condition. Reviews describe individual experiences. The directory is not exhaustive, and search order or inclusion is not a safety certification.

Confirm important details with the park or business before traveling. Follow current posted signs, official rules and instructions from authorized personnel. Official requirements take priority over our summaries. Routes and travel estimates come from outside mapping services; exercise independent judgment.

3. Park visits and responsibility for your dog

You decide whether a park, activity or service is suitable for you, your dog and anyone accompanying you. Dog parks and outdoor activities can involve bites, fights, escapes, infectious disease, parasites, allergic reactions, heat illness, unsafe water, wildlife, uneven ground, traffic, equipment failure, theft, property damage, serious injury or death. A fenced area, separate small-dog section, water station or shaded location does not remove those risks.

You are responsible for controlling and supervising your dog and accompanying children, assessing your dog’s health and behavior, carrying needed water and supplies, cleaning up waste, and following applicable leash, vaccination, licensing and park requirements. Leave if conditions are unsafe. You voluntarily decide whether to encounter the inherent risks of a visit. This acknowledgement does not release liability that cannot lawfully be released, waive another person’s rights, or create a parental waiver on a child’s behalf.

We provide no emergency monitoring, veterinary diagnosis, professional training advice, medical advice, legal advice or insurance. Consult qualified professionals for your situation. For a human emergency call 911; contact an emergency veterinarian for an animal emergency. Our contact form is not an emergency service.

4. Independent businesses, advertisements and service requests

Vets, groomers, trainers, boarding providers, stores and other listed providers are independent third parties. A listing, review, featured placement or advertisement is not our guarantee of credentials, licensing, insurance, availability, service quality or safety. Confirm those details directly and make your own hiring decision.

Any appointment, purchase, payment, refund, cancellation, treatment or dispute is between you and the provider. We are not a party to that transaction and do not direct the provider’s work. Submitting a service request is not a booking and does not guarantee a response or provider match. At this version’s effective date, requests are saved privately and are not automatically forwarded. Any future sharing requires the separate permission described in our Privacy Policy. Agreement to these Terms alone is not marketing or lead-sharing consent.

Paid featured placements, when offered, are labeled sponsored. Free listing submission does not guarantee acceptance, placement, traffic, referrals or revenue. Any future paid service will have separately disclosed prices and applicable purchase terms.

5. Your reviews, listings and other submissions

Submit accurate information you have authority to share. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience; disclose any material business relationship or incentive. Do not submit impersonation, fabricated reviews, threats, unlawful harassment, spam, malware, private information about others, or material that infringes another person’s rights.

You keep ownership of your content. For content you submit for public display, you give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display it on the Site and to use service providers for those purposes. This is not a transfer of copyright. Private messages and contact details are handled under our Privacy Policy, not licensed for public advertising by this paragraph.

We may decline, correct formatting, or remove content for relevance, accuracy, privacy, safety, rights concerns or violations of these Terms. Moderation does not guarantee that every statement is true or that we will detect every issue. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews, penalize lawful criticism or claim ownership of consumer reviews. Contact us to request a correction or removal; lawful retention and technical backups may apply as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the directory for lawful personal research and legitimate local-business submissions. Do not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, harvest private information, overload our servers or falsely claim affiliation with us. We may restrict misuse or suspend a feature as reasonably necessary.

Original Site text, branding, layout and code belong to the owner or their licensors. Third-party photographs, maps, marks and other materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licenses. Attribution is not permission for you to reuse those materials. These Terms do not restrict fair use or other uses protected by law. Report an alleged rights violation through Contact & corrections, identifying the material, URL, your claim and a way to reach you.

7. Outside links and privacy

External websites, maps and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability or security. Review those policies before providing information or making a transaction. Our Privacy Policy explains how this Site handles submissions and technical information. Nothing in these Terms removes your applicable privacy or consumer rights.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ITS INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, that a listed place is safe or suitable, that a provider is qualified, that every user statement is accurate, or that any particular outcome will result. Information and informal communications do not create a warranty. Mandatory warranties and rights that cannot legally be disclaimed remain in effect.

9. Limits on liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE OWNER AND THE PROTECTED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OR OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS INFORMATION, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS IS POSSIBLE.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by park conditions or third-party acts outside our control, including animal behavior, park management, provider services, other visitors, third-party content or external websites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the owner and protected parties for claims arising from the Site or these Terms is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid directly to us for Site services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit applies to contract, tort and other claims, including claims based on our ordinary negligence in compiling, publishing or updating directory information.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to our fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any injury, liability, remedy or statutory right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. They do not waive claims against a park authority or independent provider. Where a restriction is not allowed, it applies only to the extent the law permits. No statement on this Site promises immunity from all legal responsibility.

10. Responsibility for unlawful submissions or misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse the owner and protected parties for reasonable losses, damages and legal costs awarded or reasonably incurred in a third-party claim, but only to the extent caused by your unlawful submission, infringement of another person’s rights, intentional misuse of the Site or material breach of these Terms. This does not cover loss caused by our own misconduct or negligence, or require reimbursement for an honest review or lawful complaint. We will give reasonably prompt notice of a claim and a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defense; no settlement may impose an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent.

11. Changes, availability and governing law

We may update the Site, correct information or discontinue a feature. Updated Terms will carry a new effective date and version. Changes apply prospectively; material changes require fresh agreement where required by law. We do not retroactively change the terms governing an existing dispute. Provisions intended to address past use survive discontinuation to the extent legally enforceable.

Florida law governs these Terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Subject to nonwaivable jurisdiction, venue and consumer rights, disputes may be brought in the state courts in Orange County, Florida, or the federal court serving that county. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive a jury trial or prohibit a class action. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a permanent waiver.

12. Contact the operator

For questions about these Terms, corrections, rights concerns or other notices, contact the owner of dogparkorlando.com through our Contact & corrections form. Include the relevant page and details needed to respond. You do not give up statutory rights by contacting us.
